Participation of the Fund in the IV Turkic Agro Forum

The Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (hereinafter – the Fund) took part in the IV Turkic Agro Forum, held within the framework of the IV meeting of Ministers of Agriculture of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS). The event took place in the village of Bosteri, Issyk-Kul region, at the "Baytur" resort.

The Forum was opened with speeches by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic B.E. Torobaev, heads of delegations from the participating countries, and representatives of the OTS Secretariat.

Participants then continued their work in thematic sessions focused on pressing issues such as food production and trade, logistics, packaging, and certification. The discussions included ways to reduce trade barriers, expand market access, and exchange experiences on logistics and certification standards related to agro-industrial products.

The Fund was represented at the forum by Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Kanat Maratbekovich Kurmanov. His participation emphasized the Fund's interest in strengthening economic partnerships among OTS countries, including the implementation of joint projects in the agricultural sector.
