On the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund and OJSC Guarantee Fund

Bishkek, November 3, 2025. With the aim of expanding partnerships and promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund and OJSC Guarantee Fund.

The document was signed by Ulan Sarbanov, Chairman of the Board of the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, and Malik-Aydar Abakirov, Chairman of the Board of OJSC Guarantee Fund.

The agreement provides for the exchange of experience, joint consulting activities, and participation in projects aimed at expanding entrepreneurs' access to financial resources. The signing of the agreement lays the foundation for practical cooperation between the two development institutions and contributes to strengthening economic ties, supporting business, and developing investment cooperation.
