The Fund and NEMAN-PHARM Launch Investment Project

On May 13, 2026, an official signing ceremony of a package of documents within the framework of a long-term credit line for one of the largest pharmaceutical operators in Kyrgyzstan, ОсОО “NEMAN-PHARM”, took place at the office of the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (HKDF).

The event was attended by the management of the Fund and the management of NEMAN-PHARM. The parties approved the transition of the project into the active phase and discussed the strategic parameters of cooperation aimed at strengthening the country’s pharmaceutical security, developing direct contracts with leading Hungarian pharmaceutical manufacturers, and expanding the range of essential medicines on the domestic market of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the meeting, the first stage of financing was formalized, the funds of which will be directed toward the purchase of pharmaceutical products in Hungary. The total limit of the opened credit line will allow for a gradual increase in supply volumes in accordance with the needs of the healthcare system.

“The implementation of this project is an important step in strengthening trade and economic cooperation. We support the domestic distributor in its efforts to provide the population with access to modern and reliable European-quality medicines,” representatives of the Fund’s management noted.

In turn, the General Director of ОсОО “NEMAN-PHARM” thanked the Fund for its support and expressed confidence that this partnership would become a guarantee of the successful development of the pharmaceutical industry. He wished the parties productive cooperation and effective implementation of all assigned tasks.

Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness for long-term partnership and proceeded to the practical implementation of their obligations.
